Case 1:

Designed, developed, and implemented a divisional data warehouse and business intelligence system. Worked closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to produce reports and dashboards in the areas of supply chain management and accounting. This project lasted one year using two full-time consultants. We continue to provide ongoing support to this division for their reporting needs, miscellaneous line of business web applications, and system administration.

Case 2:

Designed, developed, and implemented a divisional data warehouse and business intelligence system. Worked closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to produce reports, dashboards, and self-service BI (ad-hoc reporting) in the areas of supply chain management, accounting, sales, and backlog (inventory). This project lasted approximately one year using two full-time consultants. We currently have one dedicated consultant supporting web development and reporting needs, and one part-time consultant that supports their content management system (SharePoint). 

Designed, developed, and implemented workflow processes for several types of engineering processes. The workflow process allowed end users to fill out electronic documents and send them to lab technicians, engineers, quality control, and managers for approval. The workflow process supported document attachment, email notification, lookups to line of business systems, and reporting. Combined development efforts were approx. 6 months.
